At GKTech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging and include the printed return slip inside.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
